If you pull yourself you don't have to be entered in to the Leagues substance abuse program. Ask Phanuef, Gaudreau, Torres, Richards, Emery...

you trust the guy that told you, but maybe you can't trust the guy that told him lol... I'm sure we'll have info sooner or later, either directly from Drouin, or through some kind of "communiqué de presse".

I honestly don't care about knowing the story.

I will gladly poop on Drouin over his poor play on the ice, what happens off the ice is none of my business and I don't care to comment on it even if it became public.

are you sure there aren't any false rumors about the players you mention? I couldn't find anything on Phaneuf, Gaudreau or Torres

Well it affects the team moving forward, so by definition, his status has an impact on the fan.

You're right though, the details of his life belong to him. You just know it'll come out one day.

the important thing is that, if it's drug related, pat learns a lesson.

Being a bar manager in Calgary... I have had to keep Phaneuf situations quiet in the past for the better of "the business", Gaudreau is well rumored that the flames have sent him on a rehab assignment during the offseason more than once locally. And sure Torres may be nothing more than a rumor. But a "rumor" I got from other guys who liked to "party" in the league back then. Did I ever see any of those guys partake? No. But was I ever asked to find for any of those guys is another story.

copied from an HF board

Arthur Staple from the Athletic NYC states that multiple sources have said Tarasenko has agreed to open his Trade List which in now in the high double digits.

Also Frank Seravalli stated that at least 2 sources have stated that teams have reviewed multiple health reports and Tarasenko looks fully healthy.

So I think the chances of seeing Tarasenko in Montreal just increased.
IMO they will ask for a defenseman + pick, not Drouin+.

ok, not saying that anything of what you're saying is true, but it's not because a guy likes to "party" that he necessarily has an alcohol/drug problem. things like these when it comes to celebrities or pro athletes definitely tend to be exaggerated and overhyped

I think he's had 3 different procedures concerning his shoulders, and now he doesn't trust the medical staff in STL... perhaps he is 100% right now, but I doubt there are zero risks about his health. but I'm no doctor, so if he is basically "risk free" then yeah the habs should definitely be all over this (except for the dman part, they need to add to the D-core, not lose)
