That can't be right. I think the Bluegs signing means the Pens already know who they're losing.

If you're choosing between a 4th line center, a cheap top 6 wing, or a cheap 3C (temporary 2C) you're not doing it right.

I think I would be fine with it if they started the season with these C's:

Sid
Carter
Teddy
Freddy

Sign Freddy.

No problems with signing Freddy though. They need to add a cheap C for certain.

He was somewhere else before. I think the Avs. Seems solid enough, but people are just guessing. I just saw him on NHL network the other day and he said he thought Seattle would take Zucker.

I still don't follow why signing Blueger now means he gets protected.

That sounds about right thanks. Knew there was something with expansion and that date.

Carter pretty much needs to be protected with the malkin surgery. Not sure how much time he will miss and will prob need 3rd line duty for a bit as well. McCann has done alright there before but idk if I’d be too co for table with him there.
