Probably better than Edler. I love Eds and defended him for a while, but really noticed last year when he turned around he's lost more than a step.

yup. t-bay overpaid so that he could mentor hedman. it worked out for all parties as ohlie was mostly broken down at the point he left the canucks.

it's funny how both ohlund and edler were limited by 2 serious injuries. ohlund with the eye and edler with the back. i still remember how ferocious edler's hitting was prior to the back injury. would have been interesting to have those two guys without the injuries. what could have been.

I'd love to see the Kraken do well in their first year. I'll continue to watch the Canucks but win or lose it doesn't effect my life hockey is just entertainment and if there is something more entertaining on I'll be watching that. Reruns were more entertaining than the Canucks last season.

We seem to have that issue was players not wanting to go elsewhere, at the end of their contracts, on an expiring contract.
Now, Ray Bouquet on the other hand, was all class about moving on.
