He is a UFA and would have to sign with Seattle by July 28 or he becomes a free agent. Would think they prefer a player they would have locked up rather than one who could walk. But we will find out Wednesday.

It does, I still think it’s Gauthier, but just a thought bc ADA isn’t bought out yet so SEA won’t have the early advantage to sign him over all the other teams.

That 4th line looks like crap. I also don’t see Nils being in the lineup on opening night, I think he’s traded before then. Schneider is good offensively on top of being much more physical and tougher to play against.

First off, I don’t think we protected Rooney to sit him on the bench. Glendening isn’t what we need on the 4th line, especially if we get Horvat and Dvorak who are both very good on faceoffs. Why would Vegas trade Carrier? I like your Crouse idea better with Barron and Rooney.
