they're not all legit #1, but many come out of nowhere and have extremely good seasons.
WASH left Vanecek unprotected. he had an extraordinary season last year. there are other examples.

I really believe it is Pat. SEA could easily draft 4 of them on Wednesday, then trade 1 (or 2) for picks or players.
