I know no one believes me for having a source in the scouting department, but from what I was told there's smoke that he's a hot commodity for this draft, apparently got a lot of interviews for a prospect that isn't ranked in the first round. Could be a surprise pick at some point in the draft.

Aggressive off season improvements gives new coaching staff the components to mold playoff team.

Lots of people liked Markstrom and he was a great Canuck but I can't remember many who prescribed to the 2019/20 POV...if anything his 1.5 years of success was proof that he should not be signed to anything other than a 2 year $4.5M deal.
