Hes essentially tanev but younger and better defensively. Almost no offense, but I'm ok with it given Hughes and Rathbone are sort of all offense.

Umm ya know it's probably a thing that happens in conversation without naming names or you know say that maybe in passing a player could fetch this price if he really wanted to change teams to an agent.

Really every July 1st there is about 20 deals that we already hear about before the start of free agency. Most are no secret.

I hope every team does more of this. I wonder if they will eventually correct this blatant cap-circumvention problem and retroactively strip Tampa of the 2021 Stanley Cup.

Tarasenko has played 24 games in two years and 7 goals. I don't see line or Compher as a top center and Gourde top winger.
