I did too but I felt he was overpaid at that amount. Now they are looking to pay a similar player significantly more money to fill the same role and I don't know how to feel about it yet. Gonna have to see him play and see what he brings to this lineup.

It’s the intangibles with Goodrow more than anything. The exact kind of player they must get. 2 time cup winner is a very important player to have on your team.

I love this deal 100%. I love the term and idgaf about the AAV, Ill gladly pay for intangibles. He will be well worth every penny spend on him

if he's centering a third line with Kreider and one of Kakko, Buch, Krav or someone else we may trade for i think it's safe to say he has the potential to thrive at least as much if not more than he did in TB
