Speaking with sources, there's absolutely no truth to there being a deal between Phillip Danault and #SeaKraken. Not even negotiations.
However, at this juncture, it's highly unlikely Danault will be back with the Canadiens.

center is the weakest position with the players exposed for the expansion draft and it is also a weak position for UFA's.
Other than Danault....Seattle will also pick up Gourde....and guess what, Danault and Gourde played together in Jrs.
