I said cloud cause there is an ongoing criminal investigation. Civil suit are not charges but any evidence from that could lead to charges being filed.

So far seems like a case of he said she said with lack of material evidence/witnesses. So this cloud will keep hanging.

I would be fine with a trade down, with the 1st rounder, as the 3 good guys, Power, Edvinson and McTavish will all be gone, in the top 5.

No. You have me confused with someone else.

JB playing daddy did a disservice to Podz. He's probably recalling Larionov and Krutov. With the Tryamkin situation enforcing that thinking. But its wrong.

Podz is more a Larionov cerebral type. I recall his enthusiasm at draft hugging Hogs as teammates to be. As long as his wife isn't a self centered ball buster he'll be fine settling in.
