I'd rather see him with Horvat, he's a playmaking winger. Bump Pearson down to play with JD and Podk - Nucker101

That looks like a plan B roster if they can't land Landy. |

Not sure if you geniuses in here are aware of this, but Seattle has an agreement with Charlotte, to have players assigned to the minors, playing there.
Anyone thinking the Kraken are dumb enough to assign a player to a divisional rivals farm team...I don't know what to say. |

1. If Kole Lind makes the Canucks 23 man roster out of camp then Jim has failed miserably at being aggressive this off season. If Seattle doesn’t select him, he will surely go on waivers at the end of September.
2. If Seattle selects Lind, places him on waivers and the Canucks pick him up, Jim has failed miserably at being aggressive this off season. BUT if that were to happen, and the Canucks then wanted to send Lind to Abbotsford, he would have to clear waivers again, and if nobody else claimed him, Seattle could take him back and send him directly to the AHL.
3. Since Seattle doesn’t have an AHL affiliate this year (it starts next year) they will need to find places to play for anyone not on their 23 man roster. Abbotsford is as good as any other location. Like Chicago and Vancouver used to share, or St Louis and Vancouver last year. I only suggested it as a best fit for the player to continue to develop in a familiar situation.

Well that’s great news indeed! But you’ll recall the Canucks doing some pretty crazy things to make people happy. |

I would have assumed Hughes, at least I put Hughes on the top line with Bo. |

1) Irrelevant. Not part of premise.
2) Why a fail as a cheap extra on improved capped out roster.
3) Wrong again Mr. Mayor. Even Ruby knows better. |

No. He's done. You need hungrier players fighting for that slot. |

Did it say anything that was different than any of the points we have discussed here, about this player? - Reubenkincade
Short answer: yes. Way more in-depth in his background and arc as a player, interview with him and an NHL scout. Very human, non-dramatic article about him. |

It's probably time to lighten up on the kid and give him another chance. We all make mistakes when we're young. I think he's learned his lesson. |
