The amount of leaks today absolutely has ruined the whole draft tonight.

I guess it will be cool to the casual Seattle fan but the “insiders” have done a pretty solid disservice to the nhl today.

Blame the NHL for having the selections in by 10am and the draft not until 8pm.

But either way, the expansion draft on tv will be some long, drawn-out boring event with a bunch of talking heads yapping about nothing for hours. I'd rather they just released the list (or have it leaked, like it was) and move on to trades/UFA/etc...

there might of been some side deals in some picks, those we will know tonight (because as a cbj fan I have a hard believing Seattle let us off the hook and selected Bayreuther)

Yeah it for sure will be drawn out but I was at least looking forward to a little suspense around a couple picks, ie Montreal, St Louis, maybe even Philly to see what route they were going.

Now its a long drawn out event that I have the answers to. Guess ill watch a couple fish tosses and just leave it on in the background lol.
