Habs have lots of cap to play with, lots of other teams do not.

At the end of the day, if players want money, they will go where they can get the most possible (maybe evening out the heavier tax burden for Quebec).

Drouin + whatever for Tarasenko + whatever seems like a thing that could benefit both clubs.

And probably benefit both players, too.

Bergevin goes mostly on the trade market then UFA. So I’d be watching some trades around and maybe a 3C UFA. UnleS they think they can bring Hamilton here but I doubt it
