Add a 2nd in 2022 and 7th to arizona in that deal with 12% retained on OEL. It's like a capfriendly board over right now.

Man.... Philly got fleeced.

College hockey is weird. It's a totally different product from anything else (honestly Grinder would probably love it), but I (frank)ing loved that team and it was cool seeing them against a rival like BC in a place like Fenway. It was a brutally cold night game in the middle of a polar vortex in January. My friend and I roughed it for a period in the stands just because we felt like we had to off principle, but man we were thankful for those press box seats.

I went to a few penn state games with my old high school coach who was a stud for penn states D1 club team in his day. He gets tickets somehow through a grapevine. It’s pretty cool besides not being allowed to sell beer at that arena. It was a good time.
