this reminds me of elementary school gym rankings. you had gold-silver-bronze levels. but better than gold was excellence, where you got a red badge. and anyone who finished lower than bronze level just got a piece of paper that said "participation". and they probably got stuffed into the garbage can at recess every now and then.

I'm in no way offended by this but unless you're colourblind that's kinda silly, no?

the kelly green was definitely better. the midnight green was more modern i guess (at the time) and they did win their only super bowl in them, but i'm more than ready for the kelly green back. even if they were to keep the same design (although the number font is pretty played out) and just change it to kelly grEEn it would be a yuge step in the right direction.

the league is finally changing the "one helmet" rule that kept the eagles from wearing the kelly green even as throwbacks because they would have looked ridiculous with the midnight green helmet. so at least we can get some throwback uni games soon.

hahaa yeah I get what you're saying, I just find that besides the colors (which I'm aware is kind of a big difference lol) they are all very similar, with very few design particularities compared to hockey jerseys.



I guess the lack of a logo on the jersey is one of the main distinctions. but this comes from a non-football fan, so what the (frank) do I know lol

I found the helmet rule funny mostly because a bunch of teams said they didn't have enough time to be ready for the 2022 season with a second helmet. Like you have a year to pick a colour and paint less than 100 helmets, what the (frank)? But yeah the 9ers not wearing a gold helmet with uniforms that have minimal gold would be ideal.

Alex Smith will always have a soft spot in my heart, guy is possibly the most under rated QB of his generation and it's not his fault the 49ers took him #1OA instead of Aaron Rodgers. He was two muffed punt turnovers including one in overtime in scoring range away from being a Superbowl QB, when the Chiefs went to Mahomes over him he was the winningest QB over the previous 5 or 6 seasons but they were changing either way, he lost playoff games where he put up all time numbers but the d let him down and then last year, to come back from that gross injury and to drag a poopty WFT to a division title. I love Alex Smith

Last years pieces were easier to find. This years pieces don't grow on trees so I won't blame MB if he doesn't fill them unless he reaches and over plays his hand to fill them with unqualified people
