oh i love hockey discussions. it's when people have to repeat their opinions a million times and have to respond to everyone who comes along with a different one.

i gave my opinion on the carey situation one time. i saw a ton of people give a differing opinion and i didn't feel the need to repeat my opinion each time, or dispute their opinion each time. same with the flyers ellis trade. i gave my opinion once and that's enough for me. the need to argue with anyone who has a different opinion is some kind of mental illness, just wanting to argue poop all day like a loser.

but seriously though I 100% get what you're saying, it can be very repetitive. what bothers me is when it gets to insults, as if people who don't think the same as you do are automatically dumb. other than that, if we could talk about the same things over and over without being disrespectful, then it would at least be way less unpleasant.

Won’t say it’s a loser but ppl definitely form an opinion and think the person is either drunk or on drugs or have some issues

he'd so totally only get worse in montreal. the pressure would eat him alive. if you couldn't deal with the boos from turning the puck over trying to go around a guy at the blue line in philly, you definitely can't deal with the pressure if you do it in montreal.

that's true. i hope they don't try to hard and do something dumb. they cleared 4.5 that was being used on a player they regretted using it on. the worst thing they could do is end up feeling the same way about another player just because they wanted to make a splash.

if I had to guess they'll probably aim for a guy who they know for sure is sound defensively, and that if he can contribute offensively once in a while it'll be a nice bonus
