it's Micheletti's brother, he definitely isn't some random idiot - jimbro83
An extension at this point is not in the Rangers' DNA, they don't do that. Especially at this time of year with the draft. Kinda doubt they are focusing on an extension at this time, they have other priorities right now.

they can't sign him to an extension until 7/28 anyway, so why say watch out for him today?
my only thought becomes he wants out because Buchnevich was traded and is waiving NMC
he was my pick for Florida in the mock draft and I did some research on him and he's got some serious promise. If OHL has a normal season this year he could shoot up to 40 goals.
I can definitely see why he'd be the best player available on their board at #15 but definitely the last thing they needed
so they didnt draft for need they went BPA
he's 3 years away anyway
what would have been really interesting to see is if they would have taken Cossa had Detroit not jumped the in draft - jimbro83
I really like the pick to. Models his game after Matthew Tkachuk and I actually believe it after reading more and watching some highlights. Still don’t see where he will fit, but like you said, we have at least 3 years to wait and see. He could fit well into that Kreider spot as he is a staple in front of the net. Today better be all about centers though!

I dont know what to expect today
I am watching all of this unfold terrified like I did when I was 10 years old hiding my eyes while I watched Friday the 13th the first time

That's pretty short sighted thinking on his part. He knows it's a business. It's not like he can dictate where he goes even if he waives his NMC. It has to make sense for the Rangers too.

All in all, very cryptic. And unsettling. - TheMessiah94
It could just be some bumhole trying to get more followers. He can't even spell his name right.
Reinhardt bringing back a goalie prospect from Panthers, and possibly a first next year or Sam Bennett. League has to approve the deal before either team will confirm the return for him.
Though not a center, I’m fine with the selection of Othmann. Best player available, great intangibles, and I like that he plays in the O so his real ceiling wasn’t entirely scouted.
In such a random draft, to me, he’s a great selection. Realistically, no player selected is helping them out this year and Drury didn’t have a trade lined up that included 15oa. Had to make the pick and I think it was a good one.

yeah definitely, I have no problem at all with this pick
like I said earlier, with Othmann, Cullye and Vierling, the Rangers DESPERATELY need the OHL to get back to normal this coming season
