Funny in a sad and pathetic way but certainly not true. The difference between you and I is I don't need to get personal. I can stick to hockey. I have the advantage. - MJL
Remember when you said “show me where I said Risto was aging, I’ll wait…l and then I produced your quote? And you had to backtrack and “amend” your statement?
Keep doing you. |

I think Fletcher knows this, and is working to bring in some bottom 6 forwards with more grit and size. This is also the reason I think BMelzter mentioned recently to not be surprised if there was another trade by the Flyers, because clearly to bring a forward in, someone has to go out. - jd250
Has to be a trade as they don't have much to spend or they get vets on league min deals which is very possible.

Not sure if this is a joke or not haha but on a side note, I CANNOT wait until us canucks are allowed back in the US. I am hoping to make a trip down with the Family to philly to see a game or two this year. I've got two young kids (of course Flyers fans) and I think they are really going to enjoy a live Flyers game. |

Pierre LeBrun saying flyers one of 5 teams with interest in Kuemper. That would be a very good move depending on the cost and how they make the $$ work. |

His skating tho...
Yet the Bruins didn't think he was worth a QO or didn't wanna chance him going to arbitration... why? - Tomahawk
I believe they would have to pay him 2 to 2.2 mil to Qualify him and he had Arb rights…I was a little surprised actually. He brings a net front presence with skill and brings a toughness the Flyers lack up front.
I’m not sure if Boston thought after signing Hall that they would get their bang for their buck, but I think he’s a quality bottom six depending on the price of course. |

I think Hart will be fine. And I also think many of the players and kids on this team will be better simply because we are back to (almost) normal.
To your point about playing hockey, I am a musician and all of my shows were cancelled with no expectation of being rebooked. Even now things are not the same. And while I may be playing out again, its still only about 1/4 of what I was playing before the pandemic and things aren't looking up for 2022 either. Many venues shut down for good and the ones that did open up are being booked by national acts who are looking for anything to stay alive.
I lost a crap ton of money and am not sure if I will ever fully recover financially. It wears on you for sure, being stuck at home unable to do what you normally love to do.
And sadly, the rules in NJ and PA were way more restrictive while I watched other bands in other states and areas of the country getting back to normal way before we did. I simply cant pick up and travel to Florida or other states to play a one-off show....But that was what we would have to do.
It sucked watching other states open up while we remained basically in limbo. - MBFlyerfan
That really sucks. This pandemic has really been a drain on a Lot of innocent people who like yourself continue to take a punch financially. Hopefully we are nearing an end but when I hear that 20-25 % of people in North America are refusing vaccination I’m not sure we are as close to the end of this thing as some think we are. Good luck in the future and hopefully you can get back the life you were living before.

He was inconsistent this past season for the Bruins. When he decided to use his size and get to the dirty areas, he was very good. However there were too many games where he was invisible. Does this sound familiar? - jd250
I don’t agree that he was invisible very often. His usage really changed after Hall was brought in, but physically he continued to assert himself. Say what you want but this guy would really help the bottom six…I’d take him over NAK any day and it’s not close. |

Would anyone consider moving Konency and something minor for Matthew Tkachuk? |

We all know Farabee can play the right side. I like that Tkachuk plays with an edge and can stir the pot in a more extreme way than Konency. I’d make a push there. |

I think Tkachuk wants out of Calgary and I would start with Konency as a possible starting offer and move up. |

He ticks boxes on paper, but when he gets out on the ice, his gives-a-(frank) meter is usually only dialed up half way. Plus he's so slow and lags so far behind that it impacts your entire team structure on the ice.
