CALI is a disaster. No thanks. Most my family lives their and they do not like it. AZ has perfect weather, mansions are relatively cheap, food is incredible, good golf and hiking, babes everywhere

Fair, if you enjoy it then yeah live it up!
I loved San Diego when I went there, I've been to Arizona once, seemed kinda boring to me tbh. Attractive women (and men) in both cities imo

yeah, scottsdale, we also went to Vegas, checked out the Grand Canyon, maybe it was because we went to Vegas on that same trip that it made Scottsdale look boring in comparison
Scottsdale is nice though, they do have some nice hiking spots. Didn't golf there so can't comment on that
San Diego seemed like a great place to retire if you're wealthy imo

I have family that live in Southern Cali and they're desperate to move, you got homeless sleeping in doorways, pissing and poopting in the streets, crime through the roof and police that either can't or won't arrest anyone. It's gotten so bad with shoplifting that they've closed several drugstores because you can't arrest people who steal less than $1000 and even then if they steal more than $1000 they never get charged or prosecuted.

I guess it's better for visiting instead of living.
I know LA has a major homeless problem, saw tons of them there, didn't see nearly as much in SD when I was there a few years ago.

If you live in the rural parts of Northern Cali or outside of the major metro areas it's fine, it's just that the cities and close suburbs are literally a cesspool of crime, homelessness and general chaos. There a huge reason people wanted Newsome recalled and why a lot of people call Cali a failed state. It doesn't help that Cali is the hotbed for all the radical leftist movements in America and have control over most of the city/county/state councils and committees.

Scottsdale has become a way better party than Vegas . Vegas blows now
