Which is why the trade hasn't been made
Adams isn't going to budge
Krebs and 2 late firsts isn't enough for Jack - Stripes77
Not nearly enough. From what I've read Krebs is rated about the same as Quinn at this point. Needs to be at least one more big piece, especially when you consider those picks are going to be in the late 20s.

I would put Krebs in the Cozens category
But even show him and 2 late firsts are not nearly enough
Krebs, Tuch and 2 late firsts are an okay package but I would want a 2nd high end prospect, hence the third team option |

You move Reilly Smith and Tuch that's $9 million free so that's Jack
and you have another $12 million to round out the roster - Stripes77
Smith has to move to fit Jack. Not necessarily to Buffalo, but somewhere. |

Possibly player coach like Paul Newman in Slap Shot - Jet Jaguar BD
Good call. This team could use a Reggie Dunlap. |

Hague would be the perfect addition to the defense. |

Okay, working on some stuff. Biggest one is probably Landeskog...hearing 7x7 is on the table, and there are discussions about the possibility of eight years. We will see where this goes. There are others who want him. |

Exactly, involve a third team, have Buffalo retain 50% of his salary and make it happen |

Tuch is also signed for 5 more years and Reinhart is one year away from UFA

apples and oranges - Stripes77 No. Ive been told we want to get younger, by many on this site. A contract length doesn't change a players age.
The new pieces need to fit the timeline.

If Vegas has a no-trade on its players Tuch would follow only behind Stone I'm guessing. I would be shocked if they deal him. |

What timeline? No offense but thats ridiculous, get good players when you can. Who cares about age...figure out 3 years from now, 3 years from now

To sabres taco a rob ray or brad may or Wayne Simmons type of player yes to protect the kids !! They hit your guys with chest shot yeah you better have that kind of player. You have a short memory. Miller by luccic no one stood up!! Hit on captain skirt by Landeskog! You need more!! I can see you never played hockey. And most of you other bloggers have never played hockey!! You cheap shot the star player captain skirt! Get ready to drop the gloves !! In Nelson’s case with who it was that is up to there relationship! He most not where is the effort. With his quitting attitude I can see.you play hockey taco? If you did from what you say we should call you skirt taco!!!!!! - Rsh

Odds on favorite to win the Eichel sweepstakes imo is Vegas then Montreal. I don't see Minnesota, LA or Anaheim making a serious push. Vegas and Montreal are in a better position to win now.
Just how it seems to be going lately. |
