That's what some around here wanted to pay sam.

Good deal for both the team and player.

Can’t rely on Mitts and Skinner to drop the gloves.

Sounds like things are heating up with Eichel. I expect at a minimum two top prospects and a 1st next year.

They are allowed to tamper, a bunch of player signings have leaked. A while back the league changed the rules so you can talk to players before the UFA period opens, I think it is 72 hours, could be 48 though.

Now when a player signs within the opening minute of the UFA period, the NHL can say the teams were allowed to talk to players before the period started.

- Mentalorgasm5

I believe this to be true, but I also seem to remember that they can't negotiate a contract...so stupid.
Just like having a Cap +10% coverage allowed in the OFFSEASON, but no Cap at all for the Playoffs.
NHL. No Hidea League

KA wants Dach. would be awkward considering they just drafted his bro tho
- IceColdBeer

Ok,.
KA will accommodate adding the younger Dach as well..throw in to keep the family together.

Wouldn’t hate Jack to Vegas and Danault to come here. Won’t happen, but still.

Vegas doesn't have two top prospects. They have Krebs and the rest are lower tier.

All the rumored asks has been “four 1st rd picks or equivalent players”

Krebs satisfies that’s
Hague was pick #34- enough to satisfy that
1st rd pick- obvious
Reilly Smith - doesn’t satisfy that but maybe KA lowered the ask. OR, Vegas adds another little piece.

This offer is pretty online what we have been hearing from insiders around the league

Just because you are a first round pick doesn't mean you are a top prospect

Hague absolutely does not satisfy that.

Rossi and Boldy satisfy that. Hague is nowhere close to that level. Lets not be silly.

Depends on your definition.
Since they have been very good, they draft later for sure, still a couple guys there. So yes, not loaded with a bu ch of #1's...
Who has multiple top tier prospects though?...limited on most teams except The Kings and a few others.

Lets see, LA, NY, Minn Monteal and Anaheim

All the other teams sabres have been talking to.

Its too bad Vegas traded away Glass but then again not sure he has the talent to be a top 6. Close but needs more time.

Dugan is a very good prospect, as is Morozov.

Maybe I should have given the definition of top prospect.

Think Rossi and Boldy then compare them to those two if they are not equal or better than they are not top prospects.

Would you trade Eichel for Dugan and Morozov with a 1st and cap dump?

If not then they are not top prospects.

Hold your breath. Maybe you'll get a team's top 2 prospects. I know we all want that, but I'm not expecting that.

If you read my starting post I said that was my expectation.

If it was a top prospect a b prospect and a 1st I am sure the deal would be done already.

And they won't trade him without getting Krebs, so that question is moot.
