Honestly guys, there were very few options in free agency that made us better, and it's the one day a year where so many teams over spend. If I thought we stood a chance to get Hamilton I'd of been happy, but I can't imagine that's the case. Bergevin, as much as I question some of his decisions, is certainly a gm who isn't scared of a trade, which I think is the only way we can land player we want. So who do you give up? What is our true needs? And can we get them through the players were willing to give up? I think this will be a year of reality, the team will be making a high draft pick next year, and this will be Bergevin's last year. But I'll also be glad if they win. Here's to an interesting next few weeks!🍻 |
