Totally agree with you. Who is going to be able to send back a decent package and be able to afford Eichel? Not many teams. I think several teams have basically taken themselves out of the conversation.

Ugh. I still have a hard time getting behind the financial fallout of getting Eichel.

Oh, I guess it's the team's leading scorer's fault, eh?
How come you get to talk poop now and I have to wait?

All of this “sandpaper” we’re obtaining is sure to breed penalties. I really hope we have a good PK this season

go get one of the young centers from LA

This was addressed, as per a previous post, as per one RangerSavior, at approx, if I'm not mistaken, on this day, about 1540h, for the 24 hour clock or 3:40pm for those who follow a 12 hour clock.

That is all.

We’re all a bunch of bored individuals in the heat of the summer without hockey, which I think is the main reason we’re all itching for something to happen. Fork Eichel. We will have so many different names on the backs of jersey’s to focus on this season. It’s definitely not the same team as last year. Let’s see what happens. Stand pat and revisit at the trade deadline or this time next year. Just one man’s opinion.

Because my shortsighted adversary having the leagues 5th leading scorer has done poop for the team. We havent even made the playoffs with him let alone won a round. Of course when the contract is over and he wins the conn Smyth you can talk poop then. Until then you are talking out of your ass. He can break Wayne's single season scoring record but if we dont win a playoff round is that being successful?? You think being a scoring leader is successful. I think winning a Cup is. That's the difference between us, your sights are low, mine are a little higher.

We would basically have to let Zib walk. I guess would you rather pay 10mm per year to Eichel who’s 24, or sign Zib to a 10mm extension that begins at age 30?

Feel like financially, Eichel would be the smarter move since he’s so much younger

I don’t see him as already signing there, no one has it. And they’ve signed like 33 forwards today lol

i think he basically said he’ll either re-sign with Boston or go to the Czech league.
