If the Ottawa talks have heated up, Colin White would be in the deal for sure. Don Granato had White with the US Development program and was on Ottawa radio before praising White! Brannstrom.....include him for sure, I truly think with Jake Sanderson and Lassi Thomson in the pipeline.....Brannstrom is beyond expendable

I have been told that DJ feels Tierney doesn't play hard enough, his style of hockey that he wants from his players, hence the 4th line minutes for Tierney to end the season.

I really think Brannstrom's days are numbered, maybe not this summer, but as the season rolls along.....he just doesnt fit in here with DJ. If you can move him now.....do it while he has a little stock among GM's

do not think OTT will trade white any time soon, he is the first of the young guys to sign long term in OTT, to commit to OTT, would be bad optics to trade him, i think tierny would be going to Buf to move some cap in a eichel trade

I actually have followed the team since day one! My dad sent me to a game at the old civic centre when Gretzky came to town with LA, I will never forget sitting 3 rows behind the Kings bench! I remember fondly waiting in line overnight for Sens playoff tickets when they clinched against Buffalo. Oh those were the days!

As we approach the season I am hoping to set up a fun night of Sens readers hitting a patio in Ottawa or Kanata lol.....a fun get together to put readers user names to a few faces.

The wild thing is back then, people used to post ads for tics in the Ottawa Citizen, I remember fans selling tics for crazy prices since it was their first playoff berth.

If you live in Ottawa, do you know of the condos on Carling Ave near Bayshore, right before the Petro Canada if you are driving east down Carling? Steve Duchesne had the penthouse there, I had a buddy who lived below him.....man the party that Sat. night......man oh man!

I get some from scouts of different NHL teams and other info from front office personnel.

I can say this.....Ottawa has tried to go big trade hunting for a center......but teams keep asking for the Sens big time prospects......Krejci would be a nice add, but going back to the trade deadline Ottawa has liked Monahan alot.......
