As for Tierney, same for Logan Brown, he wants his forwards to play heavy on the puck, play the body, etc.....there is a reason both Tierney and Dadonov were playing 4th line minutes to end the season.

Where does Norris(Turris 002) fit in if DJ wants his Fs to play heavy on the puck and play the body. Last time I checked he's strictly a flyby and getting into passing lanes type of F. I suppose he gets a pass because he's a Tkachuk buddy.

If the long-term vision of the team is to have Chabot-Sanderson as their LHD on the top-2 pairings, then using Brannstrom to land a high-quality C would hardly be the worst idea... in fact, it's often argued as the whole point of drafting the BPA, so that you an trade from a position of strength to balance your roster. And putting a name like that on the table definitely moves the conversation well beyond the likes of Henrique, Strome, or Monahan. I'm not even sure who all might be available with Brannstrom on the table, but maybe a guy like Dubois?

Dubois is a head case. He will end up a solid 2nd line centre but he’s ways too much of a head case.

I get some from scouts of different NHL teams and other info from front office personnel.

I can say this.....Ottawa has tried to go big trade hunting for a center......but teams keep asking for the Sens big time prospects......Krejci would be a nice add, but going back to the trade deadline Ottawa has liked Monahan alot.......

Monahan is soft and one dimensional dude.
There is no way based on what Pierre has done would he add a player who is defensively incapable, lazy and one dimensional.
