The Oilers have done a great job at making their team worse both long and short term and creating dead cap space this offseason. No idea what they are thinking.

It's just the perfect example of how the old hockey mindset does not work for building a team. Grit is something that teams need, but you don't overpay for it because anybody can do it. Vancouver another prime example of this.
