Podz will get his shot just like Hogs. Don't be shocked if he bumps Pearson out of top 6 or even gets a look with Petey. Everything is on the table.
If the young wingers are good enough they have options to play JTM at C. All has been mentioned by Canucks. So Camp will be very interesting in how they shape roster.
Benning did kinda say on 650 today that this might be the final roster heading into camp, they seem pretty confident in JD as 3C - Nucker101
I think they might make a move during camp, when they realize that Juolevi and a forward won't make the team.
I think Jonah has a strong camp and pushes Zacmac out.

Both the Schenn bros are always willing to drop the gloves, but they do get their asses kicked usually lol. Hamonic will stand up for teammate as well, but having dmen fight is not ideal, risk of injury plus having them sit out for 5+ minutes is tough.
I'd like to have a fighter who can draw in on the 4th line for games against physical teams

Give Georges Laraque a shout. He'd come out of retirement for Van and this way he can handle Wilson and Reaves when they are out there running around like idiots trying to hurt our players.

Notes - I don't like the idea of 2 shrimps (Garland and Hogz) on the same line.
Nor the idea of 2 rookies (hogs/pods) on the same line.
If Podkolzin is overwhelmed and not ready for the NHL (which is a distinct possibility, despite us all pencilling him into a top 9 slot), you could go with a more traditional shut down 3rd line and limited 4th line.
I don't know anything about Poolman, but he's a big body. I like the idea of pmd on the left side and a big stay at home D on the right.

Just keep in mind that Halak is actually $3m not $1.5.
Still not a bad # for him, but the Canucks will likely be paying $3+m next year for two goalies who aren’t with the team anymore.
