I might try do a roadtrip this season and try catch an Abbotsford and Vancouver game.
Will have to wait and see the schedule and plan around that. - Reubenkincade
let me know when, I am also going to plan on both, maybe meet up for a beer again.
Going to the Pacific FC opener on Friday night, really looking forward to a live event with a packed stadium.
The analytics community whining pretty heavy over the Poolman signing, I love it.
They really seem hung up on WAR, the most useless stats ever developed.

I think it's fair to assume he is a better player than last season's stats show. He had COVID and a tough recovery. Before that, coaches started him on the top pairing according to what I read yesterday.

That should also be true for the entire returning Canuck roster. BB only one who had a decent season. That's mainly because he's recovered from his injuries and rounded his game.
Now BB has a former ND teammate, in Poolman, to watch his back on right side too.

Wpg fans haven't said a lot of good things about him.
I didn't mind him in the games I watched last season. He's steady.

When you say packed stadium are you talking about the 5,500 seat Starlight/Westhills Stadium? Checking available tickets, looks like about half sold so far. Doesn’t seem they will be practicing suggested distancing between seats.

Should be interesting. - bloatedmosquito
We had our annual little music festival here a couple weeks ago, I'm not normally big on crowds, but man there was something nice about being in a big press of dancing people and not feeling unsafe.
Going to a socially distanced concert in Edmonton next month

I’m obviously not a JB fan but he/Canucks accomplished far more than most of the teams on thier list. Philadelphia? Really? Detroit? Head scratcher… - bloatedmosquito
