Point 8x9.5
EP should come in below that on a long term. - Retinalz
Great comparable 2 Cups top C. Petey prove yourself on first contract: 8Mx8 or bridge low 6Mx2. |

Looks like the Canucks might be the team to lose someone on waivers this year, rather than pick someone up |

I think they may be so far, other than the Kraken
Coleman and Ceci are steep overpayments by rivals imo too - neem55
Yup so was Hyman. Rival teams throwing money in the wrong places when they have big D holes.
While Canucks not only improved Forwards but added tough to play against D OEL, Poolman and Hamonic. |

While it’s great for the Canucks, I wonder how is it that Halak who’s a better goalie gets a 1.5 million deal, yet Martin Jones fresh off a buyout gets 2 million?
Also the Canucks care about their AHL team now cause it’s close to home, while nothing negative can be said about Utica, it’s still a Loooooooooonnnnnngggggg way from Vancouver. |

As was said earlier, Aqualini needs the revenue from his AHL team in case the big club keeps poopting the bed |

You might quibble with some of the #Canucks' individual moves today, but man, did Jim Benning and his hockey operations group accomplish a ton:
18 contracts in 48 hours: 3 extensions (Bailey, SUtter, Hamonic), 1 ELC (Klimovich) and 13 signed SPCs for new players, plus Garland. |

Hamonic was UFA. Why I included him was that I agree with Carol. He was injured for a good part of season and we saw him get in game shape at end. He scored and fought then. A full season of that makes a difference.
Yes to Shenn when needed.
Halak was a bargain and good for 20-30 games. |

because halak gets another $1.5 in bonuses if he plays 10 games and save % over .905 so total $3m but the bonuses go to next years cap |
