Sens??
I can understand FLO and the Habs, Boston need to trade Debrusk and/or keep John Moore on Ir to keep him, I think they are 1 mil under the cap with one goalie - Fredobbface
Yea I was surprised about Ottawa too, I get it from their point of view, lots of young C there but he's not signing with the Senaturds |

Guy as 126 pts in 156 playoff games. This is crazy. - MONSTERSofMETALZ
He's a real slick C, great distributor on the PP, very responsible... somewhat cut from the same cloth as Pleky. |

Apparently after a full day of back and forth yesterday between Montreal and Buffalo, Habs have upped their offer for Eichel and are waiting for a clear medical report. A few teams have dropped out of the sweepstakes, notably, Minnesota. Few teams remain. #GoHabsGo

I see no way a trade works.
Weber and one of Armia/Byron/Toffoli would have to be involved just to make the cap work.
Not to mention anything else that Montreal would be giving up.
I dont see a fit, but figured i pass it along.

Weber will retire before the start of the season, Buffalo would have to take Byron and I think Lekh is in there with KK

Late on this one but I love the Blackhawks logo, really should buy one of their jerseys before it is cancelled...question is though, which name and number? Crazy Eddy? JR? Quite liked the Mutt when he was with the Habs...decisions, decisions...
I don’t think MB is ready to give up on KK yet but the crowded wings don’t make much sense...something has to happen for the roster to make sense... But if you are using Drouin and Lehkonen as bait, you’re not getting a good center, those come at a premium, so yeah perhaps Drouin, KK and Lehkonen could all go, that would be weird. I do think a PMD is as critical to get as a center right now.
And I did expect a busy offseason, saw it coming a couple years back with all the contracts expiring...and tbh, many of us were kind of hoping that Weber would decide to call it quits and here we are... kind of a blessing in disguise if you ask me. He was great in the playoffs but that was under playoffs rules and with top 4 overworked, something that wouldn’t fly for an 82 game season... too many times last regular season I remember holding my breath when he got the puck only to turn it over... - Karine Hains
28 Larmer. 18 for Savvy. JR?? Plllleeeaaaasssee. 81 for Hossa. Shaw is a solid choice, too. I have two. 7 for Seabs and 4 for Hjalmarrson |

Come on Karine ... if you don't go with a Stan Mikita jersey then you're not worthy.

oohh good choice. Stosh was an awesome guy. I was lucky enough to meet him years after he played and he couldn't have been nicer. Guy actually thanked me for remembering him. lol |

mr.peanut, big news. the kooky maintenance guy who orders the coffee took some complaints from the IT department seriously enough to change our coffee. there is "columbian" and "presidential". he made the presidential just now and it is smoother for sure. not a ton of taste but less acidic for sure.
i will keep you updated on this important turn of events. |

Stosh is still 14th on the all-time points list. Pretty amazing actually. Tough as nails, too. He would fight anyone when he first came up.

"Everybody's focusing on the player - he said he didn't want to be drafted, the Canadiens drafted him anyway," Bettman said. "There's no mechanism not to be drafted, it's not within the player's control in any circumstance to decide when he wants to be drafted."
um, isn't it the NHL that decided that there would be no such mechanism for players to choose whether or not they can be drafted, and also that allowed Mailloux to remain eligible for the draft despite what had happened? this doesn't make any sense whatsoever. |
