They do make awesome decorations. My brother is lights out with his collection of guitars. He is also primarily a drummer, but has a collection of about 20 guitars. Not a single one of them is below 1500 jabloons.

well one could argue developing chemistry and a strategy for the PP might take a bit of effort, and not only relying on pure talent, like "just go ahead and score guys, you know you can do it"

They actually can gain value over time if the ones you buy are the right ones...like anything else I guess

Oh absolutely. Especially when they are kept in absolute pristine condition. My Martin was bought in the 70's. Back then it was about $2000. Today the equivalent model is $6000. I can probably get 10G's minimum today for my 70's model.

eddie signed on the pick guard with a sharpie and chris signed on the blue with a silver marker.

i bought a condo. it was time. i got $1500 for the soundgarden one and i forget how much i got for the eddie/chris one.
