Which city wants to fund the Pegula’s appropriately to maintain their lifestyle?

I'll help them pack up. GTFO here with 100% public funding. |

Lol.
That is hilarious...
$1.5B?
100% public funded?
I am curious to see a design concept and listing of all the amenities though |

Can we hit them with the Kevyn Adams line?
We want teams that want to be here |

This is simple negotiating 101.
You always start out asking for the moon and stars.
Are they actually going to get 100% public funding? Are they actually going to move the team?
The answer is no to both of the above.
They'll of course come off the initial monster ask and end up accepting less.
Similar to what Adams has been doing when teams have been making Eichel offers.
Ask for a massive return, and eventually accept less. |

They'll eventually accept leas just like Adams will in an Eichel trade. |

It will evolve for sure.
The top line will come down
NFL Loan of $200m or whatever it is
Owners funding will have to be a part of it
Some asks will be supported by Seat Licenses
Still means alot of the bread will come from taxpayers of the State and County.
Glad I'm out of NYS and don't have yo pay for that crap. |

The pegulas are scum. It’s disgusting how they treat the city of buffalo and most likely every other business they own |

I don’t mind Ny paying for some of it (our tax money) going toward both of those projects. But 100% public money is ridiculous |

The Pegulas have had every chance to fix it or at least keep up maintenance on KBC. They have not and it’s a piece of garbage currently.
Coincidence, I think not. |

The billionaire owners are just greedy poops.

You should probably read up on what happened in Atlanta and what’s going on in Oakland. The NFL doesn’t negotiate. |

There's a pretty solid chance that #SJSharks end up terminating Evander Kane's contract.
If that happens, they'll have $13.3M in cap space with 12F, 6D and 1G(with G Adin Hill still an RFA).
That would make them capable of adding Jack Eichel without sending back salary.
He goes on to propose Eklund, Bordeleau and a 2022 1st. He takes it even a step further and suggests Meier to NJ and then taking Eichel and Skinner lol. Doug Wilson is know for big splashes in the trade market. |

No tax money. Make the Pegula’s and the NFL pay for it. If the tax payers pay, then the tax payers get to attend the games for free. It’s there stadium. |

Thanks for the info Mh! What a turn of events that would be. Evander taking all the focus off of us and taking our “problem child.”
I really like the thought of the Sabres landing eklund in all of this but it’s tough to believe the sharks would trade him this fast after they were so high on him
