Are they actually going to get 100% public funding? Are they actually going to move the team?

The answer is no to both of the above.

They'll of course come off the initial monster ask and end up accepting less.

Similar to what Adams has been doing when teams have been making Eichel offers.

Ask for a massive return, and eventually accept less.

Can we hit them with the Kevyn Adams line?

Some asks will be supported by Seat Licenses

Still means alot of the bread will come from taxpayers of the State and County.

The Pegulas have had every chance to fix it or at least keep up maintenance on KBC. They have not and it’s a piece of garbage currently.

The NFL should make a new Stadium for one team a year. Make a list, and move down it each year.

If that happens, they'll have $13.3M in cap space with 12F, 6D and 1G(with G Adin Hill still an RFA).

That would make them capable of adding Jack Eichel without sending back salary.


He goes on to propose Eklund, Bordeleau and a 2022 1st. He takes it even a step further and suggests Meier to NJ and then taking Eichel and Skinner lol. Doug Wilson is know for big splashes in the trade market.

Thanks for the info Mh! What a turn of events that would be. Evander taking all the focus off of us and taking our “problem child.”

I really like the thought of the Sabres landing eklund in all of this but it’s tough to believe the sharks would trade him this fast after they were so high on him
