Led the league in INT the 5 seasons he started in Jacksonville. 75 in 75 games. 13 returned for TD's. Also a league-high. 46 fumbles during that time. 19 lost. Sacked almost 200 times.
For sure but this is the second time in less than a week he has been out there, you would think someone would say something to him...you know like his agent lol - Stripes77
Evander Kane's agent said not to make any public statements and it took Kane less than a few hours to post one via his social media.

Enough with the subtlety, give it to us straight.. - gcomella34
He's a bum. Not even a poor-man's Roethlisberger. Although he didn't sodomize multiple women against their will, to my knowledge. So he's got that going for him.

I disagree.
Yes it is in the contract he signed.
Tough.
We are talking about an injury that will impact his quality of life, not a sprained ankle.
Honestly surprised you, and anyone would take such a harsh perspective on this. - IonSabres
My wife and I have had a long conversation about this. At first she sided with Jack. But then after listening to the podcast, watching the other video from a different doctors perspective, and knowing who the Sabres doctors are she is siding with the Sabres on this.
If Jack wasn’t an athlete the disc replacement is the way to go. I fully believe that. However, the impact a hockey player takes, the contract, etc I side with the Sabres.
There’s a reason this hasn’t gone to medical arbitration. No doctor is going to go against the surgeon who basically mainstreamed this type of surgery. If he says no, it’s because he believes the risks far outweigh the benefits for a professional athlete.
There’s no way the team would want to put said player on the ice if their doctor is against this surgery due to the major risks that are involved in this.
Say he has the surgery, everything is fine and then he gets absolutely blown up and is paralyzed, the team would be attacked left and right in the eyes of the fans. Even if it is because Jack insisted on this surgery.

Lots of cancellations
Last 2 trips, both the flights got cancelled/ rebooked for another date. - IonSabres
The flight has been changed a few times already. But just departure times. Thankfully Orlando to Buffalo is a pretty frequent flight so I think I should be good.
Just read the last few pages and clearly you guys don't like the offers that have been floated out there (Kravtsov, Jones, Georgiev, etc.) and frankly I don't blame you guys.
I'm curious what package from the Rangers you would a) see as a win for the Sabres, or b) not be thrilled with but also could live with
Not trying to stir things up here just looking for a genuine answer from the other side. If you look at the Ranger's blog most people don't even want him unless its for peanuts which I think is unlikely, but I also think some of the other deals i've seen (Laf + Kakko + picks) are obvious non-starters for the Rangers. There's gotta be something in the middle where both sides are upset - SkjeiStadium
Completely agree that there is no way any money is retained on Eichel. The term is too long and I would imagine that if Buffalo moves him they want to be completely done with him (i.e., not paying him to play for someone else). I'd hope that you can concede, though, that not retaining any salary will of course lead to a smaller return. Not peanuts, mind you, but cap space is incredibly valuable these days as we all know. - SkjeiStadium
Your team just signed Barclay Goodrow to a 6 year deal at $3.6M per. Looking at that deal and many, many others signed this offseason: is cap space really that incredibly valuable?

It is not, just a way to try and strong-arm a poopty return
