I am done speculating on him anymore, just going to wait for an actual trade to happen |

Vally is such a straight shooter
I don’t know why he would be teasing everybody like this if there wasn’t some smoke |

Happy Sunday fellas! I mean Vally wouldn’t just come out of nowhere to just spew some bullpoop. Whatever he heard probably came from a pretty credible source. |

One thing is for sure, if they do trade for Eichel, this team will be either contending for a Cup in 2 years or set back another 5. |

I asked one of the pain management / spine surgeon's on Friday about disc replacement surgery. Her words were that recovery is pretty quick, however the rate of failure and needing of a revision surgery eventually is pretty high. However its also patient dependent. So its very possible that he gets the surgery he wants and could be fine for a while, but theres a good chance some where down the line he will need the fusion. |

Didn’t Callahan have something happen with his back and was pretty much forced to retire from it?

Is somewhere down the line after his 5 year contract? Or sooner? |

No idea, thats why I said its kind of patient specific. You gotta think a young, athletic and healthy kid should recover and do fine for a bit. However the sport is unforgiving to significant injuries. |

The surgery has so many more implications than Eichel and his point production. It’s about Eichel and his quality of life for the next 50+ years.
Kids gonna have 2 major spine surgeries by age 35 and then have a lifetime of living with the results after retirement. |

I still think a 3 way trade happens with Eichel and the Rangers. Rangers don’t get Eichel tho, the other team does. Ie-Vegas, Flames |
