Gaudette has the potential to surprise fans and emerge as a solid contributor. It’s far from certain that Gaudette will be anything more than the 13th forward, but the talent is there.

This must be the regimen a previous blogger promised would put on 20 lbs of muscle.


This could be very good news for the Hawks. If he can play to the level it was expected he would when he was drafted it could mean an additional top six forward. And if he can’t put it together it’s no real loss. Looking forward to seeing if Gaudette can break out.

I think Netflix has a doc on vegan diets and some people at the highest level of professional sports have credited it to their success

Yea that was wise by him. He's sneaky good at building a team. I know Elbows says through the draft but really it needs to be done through many different ways. Timing is every thing as well. It irritates me a little about trading draft picks for Jones then being held hostage for an eighth of the salary cap.

I think Boqvist will be a star, but i get why Bowman did it, he doesn't trust himself in drafting dmen, and if i was him and realized i can't draft nhl dmen, i would sign free agent dmen and grow forwards

I can vouch for this. It does take effort, but I manage. The thing that sounds foreign is the burning of 3000 calories per day.......
