Liljegren will be better than Sandin.
Much higher upside.
Both will make the team coming season.
Get Chara, would be a very good add.
Before that -- Fire Dubas.
thanks. - MaximusAurelius

Because Loljegren looked awful when given a chance with the Leafs. There’s a good chance he’ll never develop into an NHL player. |

And that puts him 'behind' two older players who have yet to play an NHL game... How? Because you say so?
Say moronic things - - - > get attention. Rinse, repeat. It's a very used up gimmick. |

Sure, there's a good chance he never pans out but none of those guys you mentioned are ahead of Liljegren.
Liljegren has played significant minutes on the top pair with the Marlies and has improved year-on-year. He's admittedly looked shaky AF with the big club but another year has passed and we'll get to see if those jitters have been ironed out.
Whether you like it or not, there's no defensive prospect at this time that ranks ahead of him. |

Just tuned in, Sweden looks like they're dominating possession and look a LOT more dangerous.

I would’ve thought that before last season. But his stock has dropped imo. I think they’re looking beyond him now. 17th overall, drafted 4 years ago.. |

I only tuned in for the second half, but it's been back and forth.
After Canada scored, Sweden was rattled. But they started dominating near the end.
Having said that, I thought Canada had the better chances in the second half. We have one player on the right side who is 2X as fast as the Swedish defenders - we just need a good pass to spring her.
Go Canada Go |
