Of course it would Zary Pelletier Valimaki Thomas Peca, I don't think I would even need a 1st, take it though. - Buff36
Might as well go all the way and hold 50% on Tkachuk as well for just this season to max out the return before he ends up in St. Louis. |

Creating memories of a lifetime! This season really has the feel of the Bills "going all the way", doesn't it?
Crap, I just jinxed it. You can all blame me later. Bookmark this. - kritter65
Yeah my Son and Nephew went, said it was a good time, they couldn't believe some of the throws Allen was making and that Brieda is gonna be dangerous in this offense. |

Well wouldn't Tkachuk be going to St. Louis in the 3 way and Eichel and Tarasenko be going to Calgary, or maybe I mixed it up. |

Yes, but Tkachuk makes a paper only stop with Buffalo so they can retain 50% of his salary/cap hit so it frees up St. Louis to make additional moves and have more cap flexibility. |

I’m not sure you’d get all that? And I saw the hold on Tachuck as well, that’s also a good idea.
Not sure how uncle Terry will like it but you need floor celery. You need to max out the return on jack and uncle Terry isn’t going to want to hold on jack a-tall.
So for all the cap friendly, arm chair GMs out there smarter than me… which are most.
What does the 4 way deal look like that,
Puts jack in Calgary, Tachuck in St. Louis. Buffalo holding 50% on Tachuck and Tarasanko, with Tarasanko being flipped immediately…. |

The paperwork on Tachuck would pass through buffalo for them to hold the money. Before sending him to St Louis.
Same with Tarasanko….
A couple teams have done this to get a player moved and under the receiving teams cap. |

St. Louis needs to sign Thomas as an RFA. He's estimated to cost $2M.
Taking Tarasenko's full cap hit off their books is freeing up $7.5M, but Tkachuk has a $7M cap hit.
Tkachuk being traded to Buffalo first so they could retain $3.75M before they send him to St. Louis would give the Blues a nice bit of cap room to make more moves now and/or at the trade deadline. |

Realistically (I know, I know), I think it would be something like:
- Calgary sends Tkachuk, Zary, Pelletier, Valimaki, 22 1st to Buffalo
- Buffalo sends Eichel to Calgary
- Buffalo sends Tkachuk (50% retained $3.5M) to St. Louis
- St. Louis sends their 22 1st and either Thomas or Kyrou to Buffalo
- Buffalo sends either Thomas or Kyrou to Calgary
- St. Louis trades Tarasenko and Jake Neighbours to Buffalo for future considerations
- Buffalo sends Tarasenko (50% retained $3.75M) to the Islanders for their 2022 1st round pick
Summary:
Calgary receives: Eichel and Thomas or Kyrou
Islanders receive: Tarasenko at 50% ($3.75M)
St. Louis receives: Tkachuk at 50% ($3.5M)
Buffalo receives: Zary, Pelletier, Valimaki, Calgary 22 1st, Neighbours, St. Louis 22 1st, Islanders 22 1st |

Nice work pulling all that together! You forgot to work in Peca and a ‘23 2nd or was it a 3rd, I already forgot what Adams calling card Is from the Risto trade. lol.
Solid maneuvering though and I think that would give us 5 first round picks in ‘22. Lol.
Buffalo
Philly
Calgary
St. Louis
Islanders.
Which would be funny! What are the most first round picks any one team has had in a draft? |

Some of those picks would likely have top 10 protection on them like the Panthers pick does.
Neighbours is one of the better St. Louis prospects.
If they were willing to include him, adding a pick on top wouldn't happen. It's more likely it would be a 2nd and a 3rd for taking on Tarasenko's full cap hit if no prospect is coming back. |

Rsh has a classic case of Napoleon Complex Canine
This general term, Small Dog Syndrome, refers to small dogs who misbehave. Their small stature has allowed them to rule over people and other pets because, after all, they’re small. What damage can actually occur? Unfortunately, a lot.
Small Dog Syndrome is not a scientific term, but this phenomenon among small breeds carries some basic truths.
Some of the behaviors associated with Small Dog Syndrome are:
-Not listening
-Refuses to follow basic commands
-Aggression and nipping/biting
-Growls at people and other pets
-Pushes ahead through doors
-Doesn’t want to walk on leash
-Whines for what they want
-Begs for food
-Jumps up on or over people
-Gets on bed or furniture without being asked
There is no genetic reason behind these behaviors. Small Dog Syndrome emerges through these behaviors by being permitted or encouraged, rather than redirected into the desired behavior. The good news is that this “syndrome” is not inherited and it can be corrected. The bad news is that you have a bit of work ahead.
