Some of those picks would likely have top 10 protection on them like the Panthers pick does.

Neighbours is one of the better St. Louis prospects.

If they were willing to include him, adding a pick on top wouldn't happen. It's more likely it would be a 2nd and a 3rd for taking on Tarasenko's full cap hit if no prospect is coming back.
