Unlike in Hollywood, in real life the fat guy jiggling with the gun tends to beat out the buff guy with his fists.

Yes, an unhealthy lifestyle can have an effect but often it's genetics that is the cause.

I for one can eat anything I want and remain thin while my brother, who's way more active than me, just looks at food and he gets heavier.
