I would like to thank @canadiensmtl for 3 great years. To all the fans - I felt your support from the day I arrived. The Tomas Tataaaaar video was an amazing hit. I loved it. To my two linemates @bgally.11 and @phildanault21 . Gally - It was fun teaching you how to play 7 Up and 7 down with the bad cards you always got. To Phil - you were the first NHL teammate I had to teach to speak English. That was fun. Thank you for the great memories and your friendship.
@njdevils I can’t wait for the puck to drop. #letsgo

I'll always have fond memories of Tatar.

Hoffman better be an upgrade.

I thought North Americans were all living on stolen land since it's the only place in the history of the world where there were settlers/conquerors...

If the signatures on people I deal with in emails is any indication...this is true.

François Péusse definitely belongs on the S tier but I understand it won't be on someone's list if they don't speak french lol

"playoffs Hoffman" should be better than "playoffs Tatar"

Yes, in theory.

But whenever a player changes teams, there are no guarantees of how he fits and produces.

Just look at Patrick Laine and Dubois after the trade, both had a terrible season.

yeah but I think it wasn't a good fit for either of those players... not saying Hoffman is a guaranteed fit on the habs but I have a good feeling about it

It's supposed to be a support thing. It ultimately become a badge of virtue signaling. I'm just happy to stay out of it and I'll call people whatever makes them happy

é = a, if you just pronounce the letter. Except é will always sound the same, not like the English "a" that sounds different from word to word. Ex: the 'a' in "pass" vs the 'a' in "make".

Yeah English is a mess, that much I know, but it's the mess I was taught. I'll never understand how people who learn other languages with logical rules somehow learn English as a second language beyond the economic/travel reasons

French is 100x more complicated than English...so much words with silent (useless) letters, gender in every word, etc.
