It's still considerably better than the last two. Both salary wise and with adding more people everywhere. Although I can create jobs as much as I want, there's just no one taking them.

Add to that it's only a 3 year deal and we're already past half it's duration..... so we're back to negociating in about 6 months.

You have to realize that you're talking to people who'd rather the team go 0-82 and have a French coach and the majority of players be from Quebec than win the cup and have 1 guy from Quebec on the team playing the 4th line who doesn't count because he grew up on Beaconsfield.
