All of this post is the equivalent of my very hard fart experience from earlier today.

You have to have the worst football takes on this blog, seriously.

Chicago finished outside the top-10 in almost every defensive category last year, 2-straight years finishing 8-8 as a team and outside of Matt Nagy's first season, had 5 consecutive losing seasons (defense wins championships, remember? Ground and pound, remember?). That does not scream "high-end defense".

On offense, they've had ZERO weapons outside of Robinson... Seriously, Chicago's offense was crap from top-to-bottom and Trubisky was not the problem. We're talking about a guy who has gone 29-21 as a starter, completing 64% of his passes. 64 TD to 37 INT - a lot of fumbles but he played behind a bottom-5 offensive line his entire career. Take out his first season - where he shouldn't have seen the field but, Mike Glennon, and his stats are that much better.

Chicago's offensive gameplan has been complete trash under Nagy.

And speaking of Robinson, if he was a top-5 WR then he would be a top-5 WR - It's as simple as that. Is he? Debatable... you could make the argument. He's a top-10 WR imo. So a difference of 5 is a m00t point to make.

Their coach is also a complete moron when it comes to game management. They made a splash trading for Mack his first season and rode a weak Conference (they beat TWO teams that made the playoffs and three teams with a winning record) to a swift playoff exit in the Wild Card round.

Once again, you're making crap up. Please don't do this all season again, I'm not sure we can take it another year without sbroads and I jumping off the Peace Bridge in tandem.

While Stafford gets moved for the sun and the stars despite playing for the Buffalo Sabres of the NFL in the Lions ? What was his excuse ? Oh yea he’s a very good QB, Jack Eichel of the NFL. Border line top 10 player at the position despite not having much support.

The Bears had a top end defence across the board through 8 weeks until their offence couldn’t move the football passed midfield. They finished just outside the top 10 by the end of the year sure but 11th in yards and 14th in points against while being on the field 80% of the game is pretty good all things considered.

Also last time I checked the team that was 1st overall in run defence, and 5th against the pass won the SB last year.

Todd Bowles defended the Chiefs just like the Broncos did when they stifled Mahomes for the most of the night at Arrowhead and even gave Drew Lock of all people a chance to win the game with 1:10 on the clock.
