Honest question:
Do surgeons run around everywhere they go bragging about saving lives? Do nurses? Teachers scream into the wind I EDUCATE CHILDREN, right? Do factory workers go everywhere telling people I BUILD YOUR CARS SO YOU CAN MAKE A LIVING?
So why do people who go to other countries, scratch that, invade other countries and murder in the name of the State go around everywhere telling people they defended their right to this or they fought so we can have freeedum, durr...
Last I checked, the only wars fought on American soil were not wars, but Native American genocides and the War of 1812 was just an aftershock of the Revolutionary War, which coincidentally, wasn't fought on what was to become "American" land.
On top of that all of this Blue Lives Matter stuff... funny how we stopped hearing about that once these supposed "paid actors" and "liberal plants" are the officers who defended our Capital in the January 6th insurrection and are now killing themselves because they cannot cope with the stress and trauma they experienced during the assault.
Only people I have EVER come across who get in everyone's face about DOING THEIR JOB are Soldiers and Cops. Doctors and Nurses are CONSTANTLY exposing themselves to disease and saving lives; Likewise, we depend on ONE SINGLE PERSON to educate a classroom of 30 obnoxious kids with no manners who were raised by televisions and parents who scream into the wind YOUR GRAND DADDY FOUGHT IN VIETNAM SO YOU COULD HAVE A RIGHT TO STUFF YOUR FAT MOUTH WITH JUNK FOOD AND WE CALL THAT FREEDOM.
No, your grand-daddy fought in Vietnam because he was drafted, and let me tell you, the second his name was called to go back home, he stripped down to the bone and ran to that helicopter like it was no one's business.

Oh, that war, I forgot about it because I honest to God have not seen even a single Confederate flag since I moved out of New York as crazy as it sounds... But I meant 'foreign' war, specifically. Well. The Confederates did secede and commit treason, so technically they were a foreign country that we went to war with.
