I read something today about plans to double down on Covid protocols in Beijing, I can’t see NHL players wanting to go through this much trouble for what will be a very underwhelming Olympic experience. I hope Canada is already doing some team building work from the amateur ranks to be ready.

I heard they took all the urinals out of the Canucks bathroom because all the players prefer to sit to pee, it might explain the softness.

I heard a debate on that today . They mentioned about the Covid numbers in Japan soaring for the Olympics. So it would have to be a tight bubble all over again for Beijing .

The first question was would NHL players want to go there in the first place with the 4 th wave of the virus taking place and secondly would the NHL allow them to go seeing an outbreak could shut the league down longer.
