It’s 38 in the shade on my deck. Not even a cold beer is enough to keep me out here.

Stay hydrated folks, especially you elderly type, this heat can be dangerous for your health.

Less wiggle room next off season. The way the roster is looking it’s looking like a quiet one.

Every year I have heard the same reasoning from posters here, and every year Benning has made changes.

It doesn’t matter to me what people think of those changes, that is not the point…he has done something when everyone states he cannot because of this, that or some other reason.

Does White Claw count as rehydration? Worked my bag off all week. Now have a 3 day weekend. Started with a Czechvar while watering the gardens. Relaxing with a White Claw now.

I need to dig out some rotten wood from our garden today or tomorrow. Just got home from work so really don’t feel like it now, but I know it’s going to be hotter tomorrow.

I’m kind of the Jim Benning of gardening - “that’s tomorrow’s problem”…

😂😂

On my end my procrastinating caught up to me. Way too much needed to get done & hope I’ve some summer left to enjoy. September better be nice lol

There is a difference between making changes and making improvements.

This year there were both, but the level of improvement was constricted by the terrible financial malfeasance of the past few years.

Hopefully that’s all behind them now.

My industry is very proactive on these type of conditions. Well versed on healthy measures but it promotes my laziness which doesn’t need any more nudging 😂

This is true. He’s constantly tweaking the roster. I’m not saying it won’t continue just saying he’s gone all in this year. Sure it can bring more changes next year just not gonna speculate too much yet with a full season still to come.

Just read an article that says Gadjovich recently married, newly acquired goalie, Spencer Martin's sister.

If the deal was there, and Petey wanted out, would you do EP for AL and move Miller to 1c?

Lafreniere - Miller - Boeser
Podk/Hogger - Bo - Garland
Pearson - Richardinson - Podk/Hogger
Motte - Sutter - Mackewon/Highmore/?

- Retinalz

In a heartbeat! We don't have to add?

The feel in here is most are apprehensive or pessimistic on the season.

I’m not sitting on the fence. It will be a far better season than last & lots of fun. I’m hitching up to the team now idc if others do or don’t.
