Since most arbitration cases if settled, are higher than an arbitration ruling; would letting Richardheaadenson just get a ruling and nixing the negotiations make his salary possibly lower (rolling the dice) and leave a couple more bucks for 9 million dollar players. We are not getting out of paying....no one else did.

I wonder if a ticket buyer can take the team to court for not providing a safe establishment, by allowing unvaccinated people to attend? - Reubenkincade
Lawsuits that would take years. Antivaxxer Traveler's will also have problems.

I don't get the argument about having to be vaccinated to attend events. Companies can refuse service for a variety of reasons, such as no shoes, no shirt, no service.
That example is because of health reasons as would a vaccine.

According to Canadian Privacy Act, a private sector organization cannot make that infringement. - Shuswap Wap
You're right, but they can also deny you access if you refuse to provide it. I'm sure someone here can find the exact law that allows them to if you want.
Your rights cannot infringe on others rights, as well as the rights of a private sector organization on their own property.
Jets win that case 100% of the time. They can deny entry to their building to anyone, for any reason. If they make it a requirement to prove proof to enter their building, they can. All they have to do is offer a refund. But if the person takes that, and then sells the ticket, the Jets can turn around and sue them for double dipping.
