They talk about boycotting the Olympics but the US and Canada continue to import all the junk from China. Kind of a double standard. |

I don't think it's controversial per se, just not a lot of athletes come out and claim they'd leave their team to win – especially at Petey's age. Vancouver fans are on the edge at the best of times, and their crown jewel coming out and saying that is a bit of a shock. Especially since we were gifted with so many years of loyalty with the Sedins. - NewYorkNuck
That’s essentially what I did as a Canuck season ticket holder. Told them to get better at managing your business and maybe I’ll be back but until then, adios amigo. |

See it all the time on Fox News, comments about “F China” and such, yet the types of people that frequent Fox News are also the types that shop at Walmart and over-consume on cheap plastic crap. Where do they think the cheap plastic crap comes from? Illinois?
And they are the first to complain about increasing cost of goods. So frustrating. |

Love EP40's statement. He knows the GM is incompetent and putting org on notice. You got 3-4 years and if we're not a contender, then I'm probably out.
With Schmidt and Edler bailing, clearly player confidence in management is at a real low point - workers usually know better than anyone when and how their bosses are nitwits, over their heads. Petey knows it - from Horvat's post-season presser he clearly knows it (thanking everyone by mgmt) and so the pressure has to come from the players to clean it up or put competent people in charge. Love it. |

No to the Olympics. - Marwood
Thx Carol
Ditto no Olympics. The risk at this time & being it’s in China is a real concern. |
