Makar 6/9m on similar age but more complete

Barrie/Krug on their last contracts being 30 yrs old & Makar on imo a fair contract. So I’d think 3/6m or 6/7-7.5m or 8/7.5-8m.

Industrial construction more money on the tools. If younger then abroad for tax reasons is good. Means outta country for the entire calendar year. I cherry pick work with goals of 4-7mths of work for 80-100k. Could make much more but I don’t live to work. Plan now is to go downhill & set up for retirement & financial plan for my wife's son & my nephew. Doing street appeal work on the house & property. Ongoing maintenance to finish the decks & painting the last side of the house. Interior in the winter & final stuff like painting & carpets when ready to sell. Other miscellany to do as well.
