If you're smoking once or twice a month, pitt boss, traeger, and GM are adequate. They're made out of thin metal and cheap parts. If you're cranking the temp up to grill and using it often, spend the extra money and get a Rec Tec, they're built lile tanks. They cost a few more dollars but buy once, cry once.
