Golf was his 1st love.
It was reported that during his offseasons as a young player up until the year before this draft; he played golf and focused his energies and time on that game. He did not practice skating, shooting etc.

There's a whole lot to this story I won't put in the comments. Let's just say when it happened, and woke us up, my finacee and I went " Yeah, it's happening"

i don't follow these guys as much as most, but i thought most people had Quinn in the 14-20 range.

No he wasn't told anything yet, but he has his PHD and they were only looking for someone with a Bachelors

I'm going to preface this by saying I like a lot of what Adams/Karmanos are doing and I have some optimism going forward

But they are on the verge of trading an entire top line of Hall/Eichel/Reinhart, three legitimate star players, all under the age of 30, and more than likely will not get a single top line player, or even top 10 pick back in return.

That's incredible to me.
