I didn't say it was likely or even in the realm of reality, but I firmly believe a fair amount of people think this way. Let's face a fact, at least 50 million people bought the pee pee dossier they were sold by the New York Times And The Washington Post. And then probably 10 million people maybe as high as 20 million people bought into whatever the conspiracy theory is for the 2020 election ( I didn't bother to vote in that election so I have never bothered to figure out what that conspiracy was about).

I don't think the conspiracy of Donald Trump getting elected speaker of the house and then president via two impeachments is any less believable than whatever 70 million Americans have believed about the last two presidential elections.

At this point in time I don't think there's really much can be said about any United States politician that isn't at some level believable.

Meanwhile through all of this, the five dozen or so generals and dozens of diplomats who have testified before house and or Senate committees in the last 20 years about how good the Afghan military or government was doing will all walk away without any criticism.

I know when I was in the United States Army you had things like integrity and honor drilled into you along with other core values like personal courage. I don't doubt in any way the personal courage of General Mark Milley nor his tactical ability to kill anybody on the planet, but I sincerely doubt his integrity and his honor.
